| Q. What's Magic Safer? |
A. Magic Safer is one of the best personal security software in the world. By this software, you have secured
space (MSR image file) in your hard disk, USB memory stick or other external device. In this MSR image file
you can save your secret files and move it as secured status to other system by external device. |

| Q. What is MSR file? |
A. MSR file is something like a cabinet. If you copy important files that you don't want to be seen the others
(kids, wife, colleague etc.) into MSR file, nobody cannot access it. |

| Q. How can I make MSR file ? |
A. Please refer to the following to make MSR file.
1. After login to Magic Safer, click Create Icon  the wizard for creating MSR file be appeared.
In the first of step, you should enter path and file name of MSR, and decide its size.
The first size of MSR file must be at least 35MB or more. Of course you can expand it when you need.... |

2. In the second step, enter several information to mount volume image such as virtual drive, File System,
Label, Access type, and Idle Timeout. If no any access during Idle Timeout, Magic Safer will dismount
volume image automatically for security. |

3. And the next step, enter password for new volume image. This password is different from login password.
If you have multi volume images, each one must has its own one. |
 |
4. In the last step, you can see summarized information to create volume image as follow. Click
"Finish" button then creating will proceed. |
 |
5. If creating finish successfully, you can see message box and virtual drive will be appeared in
Windows Explorer as follow. |

Q. When I create MSR file, Magic Safer asks to me "Enter password". Is this password same
with Magic Safer login password ? |
| A. No. This password apply to MSR file only. It is different with Magic Safer login password. |

| Q. How can I copy data to MSR file ? |
| A. After making MSR file and virtual drive mounted in Windows Explorer. You can copy or delete data in it. |

Q. Currently I use trial version of Magic Safer. If trial date expired and cannot do anything.
What can I do to use again ? |
| A. You should decide to purchase full version license. |

| Q. How can I change current password ? |
| A. Please click "Password" icon and enter new one. |
|
| Q. Is it possible to share Magic Safer with my family ? |
A. Yes. After login with administrator ID and click "Administrator" icon  to add new user. |
