| Q. How can I pause / resume hidden mode of my hidden folder or drive? |
A. Please select your hidden folder or drive from entry list and click "Pause". After that you can see
hidden folder or drive in your Window Explorer again. |

| A. No. it is impossible to see in DOS Command. |

A. In order to do, you should unlock hidden folder. Please select the folder what you want
to unlock and click "Stop" icon in the icon bar. |

| A. Yes it is. After you select folder or drive among the entry then click read-only icon. |

Q. I wish that unlocked folder should be translated locked status automatically.
Is it possible ? And support option ? |
A. Yes it is. Click the "Setup" button and set limited time then Smart Folder will make the folder
as locked mode automatically, if no access during limited time. |

| A. No. Smart Folder does not support external drive. |

| A. Please make the mode of hidden folder as unlocked and do it. |
